Good Morning Kristi,

I had a wonderful evening. I meditated on my love for my inner child. I told my child-self all was right. After a few minutes of letting go of some of the past hurts. I knew, I had chosen my relationships and asked for these lessons. Once I realized that, I had a rush of love engulf me. It was beautiful.

I Could See Some Change, and Would Like to Work With You On This...One-On-One*

[Long-Distance participant in a group healing circle held on 7/23/13. Lydia joined the circle because she was having problems with what she assumes is scar tissue on her intestines from prior surgeries. Exploratory surgeries never seem to find any problem let alone repair it. Her major complaint was that when lying on that side, she feels as if she were "lying on a balloon."]

Sorry I have not gotten back to you. I was in the process of moving. I was distracted on the day of the healing circle and nothing was working [I sent the long-distance participants the visual heart-opener meditation we do in the circle as well as the music]. So I just got quiet and I could feel the energy on my left side in the crown and heart area.

Later that night about 11 pm, I laid down and could feel something energetically in the area of the problem. This happened twice. I did see some change, and would like to work with you on this after I settle down. I will be in contact with you after my move, to work with you one-on-one.

It May be Life Changing!*

[In-person session.]

I visited Kristi during a recent trip to Kennebunkport, because I was experiencing neck and shoulder pain. Kristi suggested that the work she does could quite possibly result in permanent change. I was drawn in by the compassion and sincerity of her voice and decided to schedule an appointment with her. She asked a few questions and, within the first 15 minutes was able to tap into some emotions that I, myself, had not recognized as being a possible source of pain.

Nothing Short of a Miracle*

[Remote session via telephone in place of an in-person session, as Dr. Jackie was ill at the appointed time. In the intuitive work prior to and during the session, I saw that there were some self-questioning fears that could be released. I mentioned this to her and we focused on releasing them.]

My healing session with Kristi was nothing short of a miracle. In the healing session Kristi addressed both the physical issue of a cold, as well as the emotional/spiritual issue of lacking confidence in my professional life.

The session was performed over the phone, and both during and immediately following the treatment I didn't feel much of anything other than goose bumps at various points. But then, by the end of the month I experienced a complete turn around in my feelings about my business, and of course as a result my business started taking off.

Soothing and Relaxing*

[A mini-healing session (30 minutes) at a Healing Fair. At the time, Maureen was in the midst of a lot of stress over the completion of a new home and was dealing with temporary housing. Although she was nearing the end of the turmoil, so many things had gone wrong, she was unable to see what was going right.

As the session started, she was experiencing intense bladder pain, and intuitively knew that her feeling "pissed off" was manifesting quite literally in her body. We were able to release all of the emotional charges she was holding in various parts of her body. She also noted to me several days later that she had noticed her entire perspective on things had softened, much to her surprise and joy.]

I found my healing session with Kristi to be both soothing and relaxing. The headache, tension in my back and abdominal pain I had been experiencing came to the surface and slipped away. After my treatment I felt more calm, relaxed and better able to focus.  Kristi herself is: kind, compassionate and non-judgmental.

I Woke up Light and Happy*

[In-person session]

Kristi ... you helped me lift and heal the burden on my heart. I always knew there was something extra special about you, and I find it interesting as to how quickly you removed the boulder off of my heart.

This morning I woke up light and happy. I was able to look out the window and enjoy the sunshine along with the view of the tree in my back yard. I actually saw one leaf swaying in the wind as if to say “Hello ~ welcome back. We have been waiting for you to look out and smile at us once again."

Glowing, Warm Energy ...*

[Long-distance participation in Healing Circle ~ Jim joined a circle of six individuals who met with me in person. However, Jim was situated in his home about 25 miles away. Earlier in the day, I had shared with Jim the visual meditation, song I would play during the Healing Circle and basic schedule of the evening.]

After watching the visual meditation I settled down, but was Initially a bit distracted by something I had been doing on my computer. However, within a couple of minutes I had an inner "knowingness" to just stop and focus, which I did very easily. This was amusing to me later, when I saw an email from Kristi saying that her healing work had started a couple of minutes later than the scheduled time. Kristi had asked me in advance if there were any physical or emotional issues which had led me to "attend" the circle. I expressed a concern with tension in the back of my neck and problems with my sinuses.

Almost immediately I became aware of a glowing, warming energy around my head. I also felt a deep "connectedness to self" which I hadn't experienced for many years. I had been able to attain this consciousness when I was in my twenties and was regularly practicing deep meditation.

So Much Love*

 [Hands-on in-person Session to supplement western-medical model treatment for breast cancer. She then reported back via email. "My doctor says I don't need additional treatment!" I am left filled with gratitude to have supported her healing and to have opened this portal/reconnection to her! Barbara wrote another testimonial to follow up on her status about 9 months later ... Your healing put energy into my physical body. That energy is still there, I feel it. I Would Urge Anyone with a Serious Health Issue to Talk to Her*

Last July I had three strokes in the hospital during a medical procedure. I ended up with partial blindness in both eyes, some balance issues, and lots of pain. I also have weakness in my right side.

Through my family I was introduced to Kristi Borst who does energy healing. She told me she works with people with injuries through the phone. Kristi and I had numerous sessions by phone. Talking with Kristi was very, very helpful to me because she gave me some positive ideas that could help me heal myself. For instance, she suggested that I try to dissolve the plaque that was causing the partial blindness in both eyes. This was an idea that I hadn’t thought of myself.

One evening I went outside to walk for exercise. I noticed that the lights were brighter.

Kristi Healed Not Only My Body But Also a Long-Term, Deep Emotional Wound*

Kristi and I run into one another socially fairly often. She noticed I was missing and called to see how I was doing. Her call found me flat on my back in bed recovering from pneumonia and a sinus infection. This was the third time I have had pneumonia in two years. She offered me a healing session over the phone, on the spot.

During the session I could feel the energy and noticed a great improvement in my lungs. In addition to doing energy work with her hands, Kristi heals with her insights and words. As she spoke to me, some issues from my very early childhood came up. She helped me find a totally new perspective, which I believe healed that long and deep wound I have been carrying for more than 75 years.

I'm amazed that only the second day after the 1/2 hour telephone session with Kristi I was totally "back to my old self" and resumed my regular activities which I had been literally forced to abandon during my illness.

I Feel So Much Better*

The day after I saw you, I felt a bit off kilter, even stressed. I made sure I had a good night's sleep last night and today, I feel so much better. My shoulders, though not totally pain free, definitely feel better.

This has been so since Thursday. I have been frequently thinking of the components for my career, and reminding myself that I have promised myself the permission to do so. I spoke with my Mom today.
