On Saturday I helped my husband move an item that was too heavy for me. Midway through the chore, I felt my back and let go on my right side. My back was in immediate pain and I was unable to do much of anything the rest of the day as well as on Sunday. As I compensated for my back, I also strained my wrist on the same side.
I knew about Kristi's post-accident sessions and connected with her on Monday morning. I was thrilled that she fit me in for this session; she worked on me for about 30 minutes, bringing to my attention some underlying emotional aspects that can "speak" through this area of the back. As she worked and spoke with me, I could feel some of those previously unconscious concerns lift off of me. She worked no only on my low back and my wrist but integrated her energy work throughout my entire body.
At the end of the session, as I got up, I was shocked that I had no pain doing what just minutes before had really hurt. I have experienced Kristi's healing abilities with helping to release unconscious thoughts and patterns that can hold one back. This is the first time I've utilized her healing acceleration sessions and all I can say is "Wow!" Thank you so much for taking care of me. It was such a BIG HELP!
