[Krista reached out to me to ask about purchasing a session package rather than a single session. I always recommend this course for chronic or long-term concerns. They likely are rooted in a wound or stuck energy from another time and space; it does happen, but is somewhat demanding of oneself and our work to expect total resolution within an hour's time. Just now having a moment to read your beautiful emails. I so appreciate your support. I am still trying to process the awakening that happened today. I think today was probably one of the biggest moments of my healing journey which has been a focus of my life for at least the last 30 years.
