I Feel So Much Better*

[In-person Session]

The day after I saw you, I felt a bit off kilter, even stressed. I made sure I had a good night's sleep last night and today, I feel so much better. My shoulders, though not totally pain free, definitely feel better.

This has been so since Thursday. I have been frequently thinking of the components for my career, and reminding myself that I have promised myself the permission to do so. I spoke with my Mom today. It was a light conversation, which is the ideal. [Client had complained of inevitable heated arguments with mom.]

I would like to book a follow-up appointment.

I Believe you Removed My Obsession and Craving for Alcohol and Drugs!*
